"They don’t call back. I placed a phone call six hours ago. I also spoke to someone four hours ago and two hours ago. The second lady I spoke to had nothing but an attitude. I haven’t been there in over a year (Almost 2 since I don’t go in for every splinter) And she’s giving me a hard time getting an appointment since then won’t call in for Paxlovid (I have Covid) and my timeframe to take it is almost up. I have gone there 3 times in last 5 years. Every time is a bad experience. I need to find a new doctors office."

"Doctors and PA's are good. Administrators are not good. I left 2 messages on Tuesday November 28th to try to get a same day appointment because i had gout in my right foot and was in a lot of pain. Today is Thursday November 30th and still, no one has returned my call! So sad!"

"Dr experience was great. Scheduling and administrative was horrible. Went for a wellness visit, everything fine. Tried to schedule my follow-up for the next year when leaving and was told they could not do that and I needed to call back sooner to the date. I called 4 months ahead of the month and was told there was no availability for MONTHS after my target month of January. This was after being on hold for 45 minutes! It should not be difficult to schedule an annual wellness exam. They need a better system to accommodate scheduling rather than rely on this manual process and making patients jump through hurdles."

"I had such a pleasant experience at this office and Dr Zieff was very knowledgeable and friendly . I had two appointments back to back and I confirmed it yesterday for 330. When I checked in no one was present so I waited around for a bit . Either way AMBER the assistant was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I was not told by the admin team at the front I was late but by her and she rolled her eyes stating I was late. Almost reprimanding me. Unbelievable! But does being nice and treating someone with respect really require extra time? I don’t think so and I have to believe that if people were aware of how their tone and non-verbal behavior was coming across to others, they would change it. I also believe that employees reflect the culture of the organization. This being said Amber belongs in a factory job that does not require day to day engagement with people ."

"I have absolutely no idea how this wonderful place doesn’t have all 5 star reviews. Every single person in the mammography department, from the woman checking me in to the people who were involved with my testing we absolutely amazing. I have never been treated so well in a medical setting. All of my questions were answered, and they explained everything throughly. They completely put me at ease. I am so lucky and grateful that I overlooked the Google reviews and gave this place a chance because it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I can’t recommend this medical staff enough."
