"Thankfully the UHS Walk in Endicott wasn’t busy when I went. The staff was friendly and sympathetic that I did not feel well. I was seen by Colleen. She was great, ordered me some prescriptions and suggestions for follow up for my self care at home. I also signed up for My Chart which will be very helpful. I was pleased with my positive experience."

"Let me start off by saying that I am not a fan of UHS after they fired people during covid and John Carrigg should resign for this illegal action.. but with that said I have always had excellent care at the UHS Endicott Walk in. I recently became I'll with Flu A. I was seen very quickly by staff. The nurse (don't know her name) was excellent and NP Tokos was amazing. She is a true asset to the medical field."

"Reserved a spot for 11am and was called in at 11:02. Had to wait a while for the provider, but quite understandable as they were very busy. My provider (Jonathan) was great—he listened to what was going on with me, provided me with knowledgeable answers, and diagnosed my problem quickly, without me feeling rushed through the system. Wish he was a PCP, I’d ask him to take me on as a new patient. Overall, a great experience!"

"I’ve had to use the walk-in twice over the past few months. Once for stitches and once for severe pain. Both times I had exceptional service. My wait time was minimal. The nurses who took my vitals were great. The doctor I saw for the stitches and the PA I saw for pain were amazing."

"Needed to have my daughter seen quickly on a Sunday night. We were in to see a provider within 15 minutes of arriving despite the waiting room being full when we arrived. The nurse was thorough and kind, doing great with our toddler. I have had previous experiences at walk-ins that were less than satisfactory when it came to bedside manner with children, but Dr. Ally was fantastic and made sure our 2 year old was comfortable and happy while getting examined. We were in and out within an hour and the staff was fantastic, despite them having to be there late on a Sunday night. We will definitely be back to this walk-in for future visits."
