"The staff never responded to my emails or phone calls until I cancelled my daughter's next appointment. One of the psychiatrists rolled her eyes when I asked if she talked to her therapist. She said " I don't really deal with therapists". Really shouldn't you work together?? Such a cold attitude from everyone. Never gave me portal information or ways to contact them directly."

"Dr Eileen is amazing without a doubt and truly loves what she does and deserves the best. She bends over backwards for her patients and does everything for them because she TRULY cares. Now her front desk/manager lady Lilian however needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to learn how to speak to clients without copping an attitude and hanging up on them. She got upset because I didn't pick up my phone after repeatedly telling her I was in my office WORKING. Then I gave her pushback to give her a taste of her own medicine. She didn't like it and continued to give me attitude and I even apologized and then Lilian hung up on me. Well if that's not unprofessional I don't know what is. One salty bitter sour apple can ruin a business. I want her to speak to the wrong person or anyone at that the way she spoke to me and have her quickly find out really quick that it's not ok. Maybe she needs her meds upped."

She is open to hearing all different approaches and willing to work with parents. She is very professional and easy to work with. She quickly identified a behavior and was able to provide the right diagnosis. WIth the right medications my son is thriving now!"
