"I’m giving it 2 stars because everybody was nice professional when I got there, wait time wasn’t bad, but if you are wanting to remove your nexplanon I will recommend you to go somewhere else because the person that was trying to remove it wasn’t able to She(Cindy I think) tried for 1 hr or more than 1hr and she didn’t remove it now I have to wait for it to heal and go somewhere else. They shouldn’t have someone that hesitates on doing these kind of procedures."

"My daughter called to ask questions and the receptionist was very rude, she answered every question with a sarcastic and/or rude tone. That was so unnecessary. If you don't like your job then quit cause it shows."
