"Horrible.Terrible. Extraordinarily awful. My husband went to go get his blood drawn and they made him go back two days!!!!!!! poked him six. times. and still could not get any blood drawn. With that the “nurse” he received made him feel uncomfortable during the process. If you need a new person to fire people hire me. Thank you, bad day. I accept no apologies."

"Horrible experience, I walked in when they opened and someone was behind me. When I entered, a man (who happened to be the manager) asked if the man behind me could go infront of me. I said no I have work and I'm sick. They started fighting with me saying that I felt as though I was more important than other people. I then sat down and went back to the desk when they called me back up I asked when I saw the man who was rude to me behind the desk. I asked the receptionist if the man worked there. The man then came out and told me he's the manager of the place and I shouldn't be cutting infront of people . I told him i didn't and I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and he said tis the season. I had to call my husband to come sit with me because the two men continued to talk about me. Of course, when I actually got called back it was very dirty, no hand soap, blood on the floor. As a medical professional myself, i would highly recommend no one goes here."

"I my self was turned away when the PA heard me describing my symptoms and stated that WE DO NOT TREAT NEUROLOGICAL , when I stated one of my symptoms was dizziness. MY Room mate the Next day , a client of the Wright Center was told he had COVID , as I later Found out I did as well. and His PRESCRIPTION WAS NEVER CALLED IN TO HIS PHARMACY. His Lawyer Had to Call to Find Out what was Going on after suffering all night with shortness of breath and vomiting. Just Got a call back stating nothing is going to be called in no explantation Just NO u do not need anything! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! THEY ARE A JOKE!"

"The place is horrible. Should not be called an urgent care, staff is not at all medically trained. Receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant. Place is very dirty, smells musty, bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week"

"This place is awful. I went there with severe abdominal pain. They were not open yet, so I waited at the door. Once open, the receptionist immediately told me that they don't help people with abdominal pain, then yelled at me for not being more polite when I entered the place after they opened. I guess rules of etiquette must be followed at all times, even when you are in severe pain and freezing cold from waiting outside for half an hour. When I questioned her for refusing to serve me, the OTHER receptionist joined in on the bullying, followed by the person I assume was the doctor. I was in pain and close to tears, appalled and confused by the treatment I was getting, but I was in no way a threat. The three of them continued bullying me, and then the "doctor" decided the POLICE needed to be called! I went and sat to wait for the police to come, thinking maybe they could drive me to the ER, but I finally decided to drive myself there, since they were taking a long time. Bottom line, do not go here. They are unhappy, unprofessional people, who shouldn't be anywhere near vulnerable people."
