Scheduling your appointment online will save you time waiting & once they take you back, they've always been thorough, yet quick which is nice!"

"Had great care in the past when I went to this urgent care. However, tonight I took my partner to the urgent care and the RN, Sherry Kowalski, took his vitals and was extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would specifically for her. The PA was extremely thorough, kind, and always has been when I went there. My partner was extremely nauseous, had a lot of pain, he was shivering, had a headache, was having low grade fevers throughout the day, extremely fatigued, and was very uncomfortable. He asked for me to list his symptoms because of how he was feeling (he has a kidney stone) and she would not allow me to advocate for him. She said, “Can’t you talk?” to him and said that I couldn’t say his symptoms because I am not the patient, he needed to… She made him list off what’s going on when she already had them all in front of her. She even listed them off before he could open his mouth. I work in the medical field and was in disbelief with how unprofessional she is. You are allowed to advocate for someone who doesn’t feel well enough to speak up. Why get into this field if that is the point of care you’re providing? I guess a paycheck is a paycheck for some people. If I could file a formal complaint, I would love to know who to call or write to. Do better Sherry."

"Just so that you know, a visit outside of any procedures is $740 for a 15 minute visit. Do not recommend. It also took two weeks to get my strep results back. The testing cost a separate $281. I was in terrible pain during that time. Customer service was not helpful. EDIT: I received a response from St.Luke's that $740 is the industry standard to be checked in and get your blood pressure and pulse taken. This location is billed as an emergency room."

"Dr Cassie and her nurse Jen did an amazing job removing a large fish lure from my finger. It was a half hour until closing but they weren’t concerned about the time. The doctor did an amazing job. Great service."
