"my experience has already been amazing to each their own of course. I honestly have been listened to, they work with me even if I am running late. One must just speak up for themselves, they cannot read your mind. You must speak up as with anything and anywhere else. Ethos Clinic has given me hope when all hope was lost, they are highly skilled, advanced and have high tech to get you exactly what you need. The hardest part in therapy is communicating your own needs and concerns in a respectful way. All they want to do is help here. That is why they do what they do. I say the negative reviews are just complicated and not an accurate representation of this wonderful clinic and their staff. I hope if you are seeking help and this location is convenient for you, you come and start the process. You won’t regret it, just be patient and honor your process perspective and feelings and speak up respectfully about them, I’m sure they will understand if it is done in a respectful manner. Mental health is SO tricky so, if you feel like flipping out and giving up, take a deep breath, pause and try and find a new reasonable solution."

"The front desk staff are always so nice and helpful. Never have had any trouble scheduling or getting my prescriptions changed. All of the therapists I talked too were wonderful people. Ryan is very down to earth and relatable, he has been really helpful as a therapist. Dr Abbas is also very helpful and knows his stuff."

"Always brought me back 15 mins late and left me go 15 mins early, paying for an hour and only working with them for 30 mins. Never remembered anything we talked about in prior sessions so you know that time wasnt being spent on writing notes or reviewing them. Last straw was when they took a personal phone call during my session and they then billed me in the mail because I refused to pay for a 20 min session. Only person that I truly appreciated working with was the intake woman."

"I have been coming to Ethos for roughly two years. I have both therapy and medication appointments at the same location. Kathryn is amazing, and Dr. Kim is very personable. Any time I've had an issue and told the front desk, it was taken care of immediately. I had switched psychiatrists at one point because the other doctor and I didn't click. So they were able to fit me in with another doctor under my insurance. I had a medication that didn't get sent to the pharmacy. I called and they immediately sent it in. The staff are human just like us. Sometimes mistakes are made or personalities don't match, but they always work with you to help make it right. I feel safe and cared for here. And that says a lot."

"This office is terrible. The Doctor is not caring about his patients. He spends 5 minutes with you and is not caring. My Mother was told she owes $400.00 from 2019 with no explanation as to why. They would not give her the medication she needed without paying this amount in full. Do not recommend this office."
