"Web page says it is open until 7 pm rushed up there to get lab work and the place was dark and closed. An organization as large as Geisinger should be able to hire someone to manage their we pages. Frustrating to find incorrect information on when they are open!"

"Been with Geisinger for many years without any issues. Since they moved into this bright shiny new building it's been nothing but trouble with having my appointments moved out from their original dates. Appointments made 6 months in advance keep getting pushed out. The doctors have no regard for patients, and no respect for patients' long-term health. You cannot call this office. You get sent to a central operator office somewhere in Pa. and they tell you they will have them call you back, but they NEVER do. I cannot recommend this facility."

"Can't get a regular appointment for myself.. and tried to take my husband to urgent care at this location... I understand it's the 4th of July but all websites say open except for the specified holidays, of which the 4th is not list.. Found out AFTER we drove up and see it's closed...so UNLESS you go to try to put yourself on the wait list. Only then does it tell you that it's closed. Ridiculous!"

"Don't even bother doing the online pre register to get in for an appointment. I made an appointment for 3:00pm today, only to get here and be told it's a two hour wait. Now I'm stuck outside waiting for a ride to get to another doctor. My situation could be life threatening. They did NOT honor my 3:00pm appointment time. What a total waste of time!"

"When I called for an appointment for my husband, the lady on the phone was rude, we arrived early for his appointment, the lady that checked us in, was rude. We sat in the waiting room for forty five minutes, nobody came in to update us on why the wait. I went to the nurses desk twice, the first time I was told, he would be seen as soon as the PA was available. The second time I was told I could either reschedule or wait. The PA was nice, and helpful, then at checkout we were told they undercharged my husband his copay at Geisinger Walk In Clinic, his card states $5 copay. Really bad experience all around."
