"Went here because I needed a new Dr after my previous one got into some law trouble. It’s now been about 3 years later I’ve done everything asked of me to do and was told that if none of that worked then I could get put back on my meds I was on before wen seeing previous doctor. Now being told that under no circumstances will my doctor prescribe me pain meds. Why string me along all that time tell me you want me to try other options first then when clearly none of that has and I want my meds back being told no. Just say no in the first place and not waste my time."

"Why does it take 3 months to get an appointment when a person is in pain. Just suffer....deal with it...this is just not right. The pain is now..I get the fact there are people out there that aren't in true pain and seek pls...but look at a person's record. Dealing for years in pain. This is pitiful..just pitiful"

"I was scheduled for testing and I had DETAILED notes of everything the scheduler had told me. When I showed for my appointment (which took a long time to get in), I arrived approximately 20 minutes early as my appointment was at 9 AM, I was told my appointment was at 8 AM and I was a "no show" and I would have to reschedule!!! I took a day off work for this!!!.... and waited a long time for this appointment!! While the check-in person was in the back speaking to someone, I could overhear 2 other staff talking about people being no- shows for their appointments. Guess what, girls,..... I wasn't one of them!!! Apparently you need more competent staff to do your scheduling!!! I would not recommend this place at all!! I should have known better because I had heard about rude staff here to begin with!!"

"I AM TOTALLY UPSET THAT A VERY DEAR FRIEND OF MINE CAN NOT GET IN FOR A PAIN SHOT TILL MARCH, SHE IS A PATIENT OF YOURS BUT DO TO A SERIOUS OPERATION A YEAR AGO SHE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET HER SHO T. SHE IS IN SEVERE PAIN, SHE WAS AT THE EMERENCY ROOM ON SAT NOV.25, THEY TOLD HER TO CALL DR. NASSER AND WAS TOLD SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL MARCH. WHY CANT THEY DO SOMETHING FOR HER AND WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO WAIT.THE MEDS SHE HAS TO TAKE DOESNT EVEN TOUCH THE PAIN"
