"As a former student of this district, these are opinions based on my experiences. The elementary was fine. However, that changed in middle and highschool. The bullying was relentless, you had politically biased teachers, and when you went to find help from higher faculty, they were useless. The political bias even went as far as teachers singling you out just because you had a different view. Some of the teachers were giving their political opinions and not teaching us the facts. Furthermore, drugs are a common issue in the schools. When i look back at having to wake up and go to these schools, it made me sick to my stomach. If i have kids, i will be sure to homeschool them."
"The elementary school was alright. The middle school (in our opinion)was terrible. From our experience the bullying was a huge problem largely ignored. The students are forced to take Spanish which our family disagrees with. We have a strong belief in keeping with our heritage, which is not offered or even entertained. The worst experience we had was a politically biased teacher spreading hate and disinformation to the students. When my child called out the "incorrect" substance they found themselves singled out by said teacher. After several incidents and complaints the principal at the time and Superintendent weren't any help. The campaign of bashing certain presidents and parties and praising others went on through the year. Fast foward to High School, again, biased teacher. This one went as far as calling one of my children closed minded and the other a bigot! Simply for an assignment where you give your opinions on certain subjects! I wish I could say something good but when you mention Middle and High school to your children, who are now out, and all they can remember is bullying and biased faculty. One has to assume it wasn't too great of an experience. Hopefully things have changed and parents are paying attention. Again these were our personal experiences and opinions. If I could have I would have home schooled sooner."
"I have spoken to the treasurer about how badly I needed a loan that she simply needed to write a note to tell the stock agent I was not working there. She won’t do that nor will she accept calls. Unprofessional and uncalled for. I could have the money I need by now!"
"Very good school with great teachers"
