"First off let me say that Dr. Malicki has been great with me, as long as I have been his patient. I have no complaints about him. However, the rest of the office, from the reception staff, to the nurses, even the other doctors and PAs have a poor attitude and no empathy for anyone. I’ve regularly heard personal, private information about patients while I’m waiting in the lobby. The reception staff and nurses openly discuss, and laugh about, the patients conditions and concerns. When leaving messages on what is supposed to be the private nurse line, the entire office is brought in on the discussion that is supposed to be between, you, your nurse and your doctor. The receptionist doesn’t hesitate to return your call and berate you for bothering them. Yet I have seen them “fit” their own children into the doctor’s supposedly packed schedule. I hate to change doctors, I genuinely like Dr. Malicki, but dealing with the staff here is not worth it. I see the doctor once a year, I deal with this ridiculous staff every time I need refills. No thanks."

"When I call to get a message to Dr Malicki the nurses are as ignorant as they can be. They ask about medications then talk over me while I’m trying to tell them the dosage. It’s an always thing the office staff needs all fired and new people put in. I have a business and if I acted the way they do I would not have a client. Also anyone that’s a patient there listen closely while you’re in the office or on the phone with them. The whole office staff knows what meds you take that you’re just a nuisance and they shouldn’t be bothered by your trivial problems. I heard them and my daughter did also on the phone just today!! Talk about patient privacy. They talk amongst themselves of what a problem the patients are. I ask you Would you go to a Dr’s office like that? I think not. The whole staff know your business. Does a secretary need to know your medical problems? NO"

"My husband did the home test and found out he had covid. It was after hours so I called the on call doctor to see if I could get the medication for him because it says to get it started right away. Dr. Sugalski called me back and literally started saying we should have gone to the doctors office since they were open all day and he has a personal life and shouldn't be called for something like this. He said he would take care of it but literally reamed me out for bothering him. I told him not to bother and I will take him to Icare tomorrow. I thought the doctors got paid for on call and I sure did not want to bother anyone at home but I did want to get the medication for him. Dr. Sugalski said he did not qualify for the medication. I am so beside myself. I will never call the on call doctor again. I would rather wait all day at the emergency room than to ever talk to Dr. Sugalski again or we will go to Icare."

"Will leave you in pain, after the PA tells you you need MRIs and Testing and then the doctor says, you don’t. Will tell you to go to the ER if you ever have any problem that isnt apparent. I am in so much pain and they dismiss me completely."

"Terrible visit. My appointment was at 1pm. Didnt take me until 135pm. Walkins were taken before me with no appointment. The nurse was very anxious, tapping and cutting me off with my answers. Also thought she was on something. Didnt act professional at all. Did not even see a doctor, never do even if i request one. Pa was short abd uninterested in my condition. Very very disappointed."
