"Well if you let in need of a doctor don't go here. Richland office dose not answer and the NP just talks loudly about past patients after they leave and you never truly get treated. But there great about getting paid. Westmont answers but won't make a appointment lol what total joke."
"Melissa the receptionist is rude and hung up on us numerous times. The CRNP. Lindsey is constantly late filling my wife's prescriptions and calls them into the wrong places, forcing us to call in and deal with the receptionists who talk openly about other patients. The owner is an excellent and understanding doctor but I don't think he knows or cares how these women truly act when he's away. They treat us as if we are a burden to them. I suspect it is because my wife is blind with failing kidneys, and I have a TBI from war with severe PTSD. In my opinion these women should not be in a position where they are dealing with the public. Truly an atrocious experience in Westmont."
