"they call u after u fill out a form online and the person on the other line cant understand u and they hang up about 8 times . when i called them back thru the johnstown number i get the same problem .. if they call me why then do i need to give my info to them the first they ask for was my insurance numbers i flat out said no ,i am flabbergasted over the fact that they are a usa clinic but those who call or answer the phone are from different countries and they are doing this phone service from home i can hear the tv in the background .. seriously ! how do i know u are legit if u call me after office hours dont send and email and call me from a number that wasnt local ... change your policies"
