I started seeing PParenthood 3 years ago in NH, and moving back home, the Johnstown office is just as pleasant. The staff was so friendly and fun, my appointment was quick, easy, and not even awkward at all. And I was able to get my medication the same day! Still loving it. Keep it up!"

"I had an 8:40 appointment. I drove about 30 minutes in terrible snowy roads only to get there and NO ONE WAS THERE. I called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes (wasting minutes on my phone) before I left a voicemail, They called back and told me they called and tried to reschedule on the 19th and left me a voicemail. That is an outright LIE because my phone doesnt have voicemail. Then they asked me if I'd just wait there until 11. Yes, their suggestion was for me to sit in my car for over 2 hours to wait until they felt like coming in. So I wasted my morning, a half tank of gas, and minutes on my phone for nothing,"
