"If you are scheduled to see Dr Trinidad, so yourself a favor and schedule to see someone else. Might i recommend a completely different office? Maybe at the 119 professional center instead? I've had numerous experiences with IRMC doctors, and they are generally unprofessional and impatient. Dr Trinidad was supposed to get me on Chantix, and after not receiving the preauth after 4 or 5 calls, I gave up. I was supposed to receive a referral for a podiatrist, and after numerous calls, still did not receive it. I have scheduled appointments on multiple occasions and after arriving was told i did not schedule Ann appointment, even after receiving a reminder phone call. My boyfriend has tried to get treatment for numerous health issues and Trinidad refused to listen to them all, complaining to him that she didn't have the time, even though she was 20 minutes late. Every single time he's tried to see the doctor there, they claim to not have his information or file, even after going there numerous times. And finally, I was supposed to receive a work excuse and attempted to get it multiple times with absolutely no luck. Screw this office, do not go here. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the office staff and the PAs are nice."

"Dr. Trinidad is a great PCP. She is very thorough with her examinations and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I have had problems receiving refills, but I truly believe that is an IRMC admin issue because it happens across all my providers with them. However I still give Dr. Trinidad 5 stars because it is so nice to have a PCP take your concerns seriously and not blow you off!"
