"The staff was training a new employee and still were able to maintain a streamlines patient experience. Staff all friendly and kind. An office with 3 women that also seemed to truly get along with each other which is always awesome to see. The only interruption to my care came when a patient, who had experienced trouble picking up her prescription, called the personal number of the case manager, who answered Very briefly to ensure that patient, knew the resolution and didn't go without their medication. How amazing and personalized is that? Very friendly, helpful, and laid back yet professional environment. I look forward to continuing my treatment here."
