"The daycare has beautiful facilities and many people have spoken highly about it. However, after promising us a spot they delayed sending us the enrollment package while reassuring us that our spot was confirmed. Finally about a month before the start date, the daycare informed me that they were freezing enrollment and could not take us. We were left scrambling to find other childcare options. The entire situation made me question how the daycare is managed and has made me decide to avoid Bright Horizons if at all possible in the future."
