She was cold and crying so my grandmother took her winter coat off and gave it to her for warmth. Her hair was beautiful down to her waist but was a mess. Grandma brushed and brushed her hair and braided it up into an old fashioned coronet. Grandma went to the restroom to wash her up. The next time we went to visit, her head was shaved and all her beautiful hair was gone. So was grandma’s winter coat. Someone had stolen it. Lord only knows what experiences she suffered when we weren’t there. The place was like a Victorian era nightmare."

"Natilie who runs the dietary dept. Is a absolute disgrace the amount of tax payer money gone to waste is inexcusable. The diets are not suitable for grown adults and portion controls seemingly are that of a grade school. Shut this place down. 5 million a year is just in wasted salaries of admin positions."
