"Love it . but needs better maintenance of the property. Sucki managing . retired lawyer that only sees their side. Hopefully they understand. Not everyone rents the same way. I have ocd problems. Roach poop eggs none painted when i got it. Good price so i painted myself. Claim i replaced a good lock so its35 per key. The locks were not and are not secure trying to protect my family and keep up with the contract they didnt read properly. Am no lawyer but ruark was a hell of a prosecutor. If he would have prosecuted douglas jerriana would have gotten justice"
