"I wish I could give 10 stars, though even that wouldn't adequately reflect my admiration for Harry and my gratitude for the outstanding work he has done for us over the past four years. Due to some unfortunate and potentially catastrophic errors that were made in a preceding year in filing our own federal taxes, we were in rough waters, so to speak, with the IRS. Harry never faltered as he analyzed the situation for us calmly and clearly and outlined what our options were. His insightful counsel was reassuring as he interceded on our behalf with the IRS and initiated a series of innovative steps to straighten things out, saving us a tremendous amount of money in the process! In addition to his astute professional skills and in-depth understanding of tax laws and regulations, Harry is a man of compassion and integrity. I feel extremely fortunate to have secured his services as our CPA, and my recommendation of him is wholehearted and without reservation. "Very unresponsive, does not follow up. His assistant had sent me instructions to pay our taxes but he hadn’t even filed at the time. We kept emailing and calling for months and received zero response from him. My husband finally got a hold of him and he claims there was a form we needed to fill, yet he never dents us the form or communicated it to us in any form. We also paid him and signed required papers ten month back. He filled our taxes 10 months late which resulted in a $12,000 with the IRS. I wrote to him for an explanation and followed up several time , till this day he still hasn’t responded. Never again will I go to this man."

"Zero customer experience. He wrote on my return that my state taxes would be electronically filed but it was never even filed. He didn't even tell me. I came to know after I called the comptroller to ask about my return status. I asked him about it and he said he doesn't follow up with clients once the work is done. But the work wasn't done. He rarely (like 1/100 times) answers any messages on his portal. I call his office and they'll tell me "he'll get back to you" but he never does. Basically, I was charged a bomb for the worst experience ever."
