Kindly ask me not to do that but do NOT physically engage me. If you can't see how that's extremely disrespectful to a grown a$$ man, then there's something wrong with you. P.S. The rest of the nurses are GREAT."

"For a cancer center, I am shocked at how poorly organized and non-comminicative this facility is. I called to inquire about the cost of my iron infusion, and was told that my question would be "passed along to billing." This was over a month ago and no one ever called back. I guess someone "forgot" to get back to me. Last night, I received a text message that I had an upcoming appointment. This appointment was made by scheduling without even asking or consulting with me first, and I had no idea I had an appointment coming up. Of course, I can't make it and have to reschedule. I have been waiting over six hours for a phone call back just to do something as simple as reschedule an appointment. To top it off, any time I call, I speak in the most polite manner that I can because I know staff are busy, but I'm met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. This is ridiculous and in the future I will look elsewhere for care. If the facility cannot keep up with basic requests and provide basic comminucation, then stop accepting new patients and adding to your staff's workload. I would have been more than happy to just go somewhere else."

"Human Center is absolutely wonderful! The Nurses and Techs are patient, compassionate and totally enjoyable. They have made my radiation treatments totally bearable and have made them pass quickly because of their kindness. God bless Hillman Center.Centerandcomplete staff"

"Dr.Kefner is awful! She did a bone marrow biopsy on me and left me open for a good while. Now a year later I'm still in horrible pain at that spot. She just looked at my scar from the procedure. She didn't touch it or nothing. She kept saying that she has never had a problem before. Didn't order an mri or anything to figure out why where she cut into me still hurts. Told me to tell my other doctors to deal with it. Listen to my breath and told me to go. Questioned my nurses, doctor's, and even my physical therapy. If you come here go to a different doctor."
