Residences at Pine Knoll

"Don't waste your time for the 7 plus years I lived there my car was hit from the back and luckily if my neighbor hadn't knocked on my door to tell me I would have never caught the person. They don't fix anything on a timely fashion. There has been at least 7 different management companies that have taken over and left. They need cameras!!! The drug activity is terrible. When I 1st moved there it wasn't like that. Plus they tried to take me to court for an amount I didn't owe, showed my receipts and the judge adjusted the amount. The heat went off in the entire complex 1 time. The electricity went out the day before Christmas Eve after I had just bought food to cook. SMH!!! Just avoid!"

"They advertise hud housing but are obviously are not. I Went through the whole application process (three trips to the office per them calling me to come in) I went in for an appointment for a move in after two hours of filling out paper work I was rudely avoided by management and was told by the receptionist they do not have subsistized housing available. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional! I would definitely not waste your time."
