"First appointment was supposed to be intake. Couldn’t connect to zoom call two weeks prior. Left a voice message and no call back so I called again and someone answered and I scheduled for January 29 which did not happen so therefore I don’t think I’ll be going there gave One star not a very good first impression reviews I want the best of the best not mediocre good day"
"Used to be a good clinic, but the real doctors are all gone, leaving only an unprofessional, and rude, nurse practitioner, who doesn't believe in treatment of mental health with medication. I understand doctors have to be careful about prescriptions, but deciding to instantly change someones prescriptions that it has literally taken over a decade to figure out and balance with other doctors, because she thinks "medication is a band-aid", is not only ridiculous, its literally dangerous. Practically all of my medications say to not stop taking them because it can lead to suicide, and she wanted to just randomly change them for no reason, two minutes into my first visit with her, because she "doesn't like" those meds. I'm doing the 3 month waiting list to go see my old doctor, I'd rather wait a year to see a good Dr, than go there again. I have several diagnosed mental health issues including bipolar and social anxiety and I have learning disabilities, and she literally laughed in my face, when I was trying to understand different things she was saying and asked her questions. Extremely rude and unprofessional, also for a therapist, since she isn't even a Dr., she's one of the least empathetic mental health "professionals" I've ever had contact with. Find a better place, there's a reason their schedule is wide open."
"This place claimed to treat a wide variety of mental health issues. This place only specializes in drug addiction treatment, which I do not need. When I called to make my first appointment I told them specifically what I needed treated for and they told me I had to come in and get evaluated first. They billed my insurance $750 for a one hour intake evaluation! I scheduled another appointment because they told me they could treat my condition. The therapist then told me that they do not have a doctor on staff that can treat my condition. The second appointment was $600! I’ve had mental health treatment at other facilities and never in my life were charged that much. I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff were incredibly nice."
"No stars! Horrible. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone."
"While it was immature and unfortunate actions and circumstances that led me to Strive, I am super thankful that I ended up there. My PO suggested for me to do my IOP there and what started as completing my probation turned into having a family. I was really nervous at first but in a few weeks I felt so comfortable and at home. I could be open about everything, met great people, and finally found doctors that worked on my time schedule and am now recovering from my anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. They gave me the tools to be a better and saner person, and meds that help a lot. Only draw back is you have to have private insurance, and I am fortunate to have it (for now)."
