"My insurance changed while I was taking my child here for her first immunizations. They never said a word to me about my insurance or being out of network or not accepting it. Never asked for a copay. 7 months later the bills started pouring in. 7 MONTHS to find out I wasn't covered for the appointments that my insurance should have paid 100% for if I was in network. They shirked all responsibility and I left numerous messages for the billing department who never called me back. Now i have back medical bills showing up on my credit report."
"Was seen only one time at Youngsville Medical Group. When I asked for the medical record on file from the visit, what I received were emails between Sarah Marino, the receptionist, and the Warren Medical Group medical records department at Warren General Hospital. Apparently, when asking for the medical record yet not disclosing a new PCP to this receptionist, I was labeled with nasty personal labels between the employees. It is obvious from their conversations on the emails I am not the first person the employees have chosen to degrade. An investigation claims the emails were not to be part of the medical record; a suggestion would be to hire employees that do not violate HIPAA privacy laws."
