"This place is horrible by far. They lied about giving swimming lessons, having clubs, and changed field trips.The pool was dirty. The gym they stuck the kids in was dark and unwarming with odor. Most of staff didn’t even seem as if they wanted to be there. One staff member hit a student. The leadership Nichole, Amanda, and even the Owner Maddy Mails are all rude and seemingly racist. A lot of parents complained about a set of brother bullying other children and they did nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this camp at all. Stay far away."
"Very disappointed that we are forced to pay for a week of care our child did not receive during power outage. Disjointed approach to emergency management and sharing of information. Conversely, fast and thorough response when informing families that refunds would not be offered. Three stars because my child is happy here and well cared for by staff."
