"I didn’t want to write a review here until recently, but today was the last straw. My daughter went to this kindergarten for exactly a month, before that she was in another kindergarten, and everything was great, we had no problems for a whole year. Due to the move, I had to change the garden, I transferred her to Azbuka. It all started when it turned out that I filled out the paperwork incorrectly. The director scolded me like a girl, that I should have been more attentive, and so on. Then my 2-year-old daughter was given to me three times in a dirty diaper, pooped, with terrible irritation on her bottom. When I asked if it was possible to look at photos on Facebook, they answered: “Why do you need a photo of your daughter?” A curtain. Twice they gave her away in someone else’s clothes, then there was a situation where they called me in the middle of the working day, I had a meeting, they told me that my daughter was sitting in only a diaper and had nothing to wear because she was dirty. That is, I had to leave work, go home and bring a change of clothes to the garden. Super. No one told me in advance that she no longer had replacement sets. I explained that you need to notify me in advance so that I can bring it, and also that you need to have extra kits in the garden for such cases. In the end, why didn’t they dress her in other people’s clothes that they had given her to before? Then one day they gave her to me with such a dirty head, on which there was no living space from sand and wood chips. I washed it for 20 minutes. I don’t know how long she had to lie in the sand for her head to become so dirty. Conclusion: they didn’t look after her. They gave me someone else's sippy cup: dirty, in disgusting condition. I returned it in its original condition. When I picked up my daughter from kindergarten, she still had the same hairstyle on her head that I had done for her in the morning; she was not even combed after sleep. And so I, as an adequate person, warned two weeks in advance that I was transferring the child to another kindergarten, and today the director tells me that I did not pay for last week. Despite the fact that I brought a check, in which she initially entered the wrong dates, and then informed me about it. I said that this is the only check and not my problem. I signed everything as needed, and today she told me that I would have to pay. This was the last straw! I told her to check everything again, after which she discovered that I had indeed brought a check. When I lost my temper and declared that I had enough, that was the last straw! She retorted that she was not going to sort things out with me. I have no words. I advise you to think carefully before sending your child to this kindergarten. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, as does everything else. I wouldn’t have written here all the surreal things I’ve encountered over the course of a month if it weren’t for today’s check. This garden doesn't even deserve one star, if I could give -1, I would do it with joy! Good luck!"
"You sure about that? I've been your client thank God only for 2 weeks, the worst experience and disappointment. You should thank me that I am not going into the details."
"The important fact about Azbuka Day Care is that our kid feels happy, safe and loves to learn here very much. That makes us happy too. Thank you for Azbuka Day Care."
"This is a wonderful daycare center in Northeast Philadelphia, our daughter loved it, highly recommended. Some teachers work there since opening - thank you for your loving care!"
