"The scheduling here is ridiculous. I take the bus and I’ve made that known every single time I come in to schedule another appointment. The apps are made in person with the knowledge that the bus doesn’t run until 9:20 and yet every single time I have to call to get another time because their times say something different then what I’ve agreed to. I’m so over it. I was told “you can tell us no and that you can’t make it at that time” I do! Every single time I schedule an appointment I tell them I can’t be there before 10am and yet most of my appointments have been made for 9am. But on my calendar that I fill out when I’m physically there making the appointment says different. Then I get met with rudeness… if I could I would go somewhere else."

"I’m almost 9 months and have been at this location for the entirety of my pregnancy. I’ve had no problems and both Dr. Myers and Courtney have been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my time here."

"What a pathetic office. I have never been so belittled in my life. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and apparently there’s 3 doctors at this office and I’ve never met any of them, only the PA (Courtney) who is awful. There were no patients in the office and they made my mom and I wait 40 minutes until my mom finally asked when we’d be seen and Courtney was sitting there eating. I’m a dental assistant so I know how it is when things get busy and you have to make patients wait, but it’s pretty ridiculous when literally no other patients were there and she was eating and that’s what was dragging the time on.The staff is rude and not welcoming AT ALL. The very first time I went there the medical assistant made me hold my own viles of blood and empty ones to help her which I thought was pretty pathetic considering that is her job and made me feel unconfident in their abilities since day 1. The only reason I came here was because I moved from mercer county and I was going to the farrell Magee women’s and I am transferring back (two hours away) because that’s how bad I cannot stand this office. They should be ashamed in themselves and if I was UPMC I would be embarrassed."
