"Can't say enough about The Valor. The manager, Marie, is always friendly and on top of all of my concerns."
"The moved was great and easy, Gabriel was very helpful and very professional. It's a very nice place to live."
"I hate to give this place a 2 rating but one of the main reasons we decided to go with this complex is because of gym. Since we have been here (1.5years) the gym machines have been broken. They raised our rent and you would think they would be able to fix the machines. But no. The gym is honestly a waste. Literally, only 2 of the machine work. It shouldnt take almost two years to have a machine fixed. Willing to bet even after this review those machines will remain broken. Secondly, around 4th July holiday, our water heater would go out every day. I spoke to Gabriel, (who btw is always nice and helpful) and he gave me the emergency line. The man who answered the phone was so rude. We were without hot water for 9 hours before he came to fix it. The next day (July 3) it went out again, I called to have it fixed and He was even ruder, he told me I would have to wait till after the holiday and then hung up on me. We went without hot water from July 3 till the July 5. Next, the walls are thin. I literally hear my neighbors alarm go off in the mornings, they are clearly a hard sleeper because it goes off for at least 30 mins, as much money they ask for you would think they could afford walks that aren’t so thin. Same goes for our upstairs neighbors, maybe they are bowling or WWE wrestlers but all night they are up there running back and forth, falling, moving furniture, fighting idk but we hear it all! Lastly, I don’t leave by the dumpster, and thanks god I don’t, because the amount of trash on the ground near the dumpster is insane. Again, as much as rent is, you would think they could afford to get a second dumpster so that it isn’t constantly overflowing. The only positive thing I can say maintenance is pretty decent from the few times I’ve put in a work order, they are usually quick to fix things. (The non-emergency maintenance is good, as stated previously the emergency maintenance is horrible). And they landscape is nicely put together and maintained."
"Do yourself a favor never Rent to this place they don’t allow you to do anything there’s and they never fix anything but take all of your money. The office is very rude. Very disrespectful. Marie should not have her job at all she should not be working at this Office She shouldn’t be working with the general public at all My daughters bike was stolen right at the front door Not one person has done anything to fix any of the problems but you can leave 1000 notices on my door about different problems or issues in the community. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I slipped and fell and busted my knee all up because none of the lights in the building work. These people really have the nerve to tell you how you are supposed to live in your place that you pay all the bills for."
"I generally had a good experience with the people at Valor. The neighborhood looked nice and well-kept. The office staff, (I worked with Jennifer) was very nice. My only concern is the time it took for them to process my application. Granted, I didn't need an apartment right away so they made me wait until I was closer to the time I would be moving. During that time, I was required to turn in pay statements for each week that passed. Ultimately, I overqualified for an apartment and wasn't approved. I wish I'd known that sooner rather than waiting two weeks for my application to be processed. All in all, I'm okay with how things turned out. My son and I were treated with respect and professionalism."
