"Horrible do not send your kids here ! Used my daughters asd diagnosis as reason to cancel her enrollment after I called the owner rude. Which she is old rude woman. They claimed they didn’t have staff to support my child but it’s always full staffed when I drop off and pick up they just didn’t want to deal with my child! If I could give no stars I would! The director claims she has a degree in special education but the way they treated my child when she was unregulated was disgusting! Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time!"

"This place is horrible my child said there food is disgusting and yelled at her because she didn’t wanna eat it I personally don’t think yall should send your kids here there are only a few good teachers and I would like to thank the good teachers."

"My experience with this center went from good to horrible. When the original director was running the place, everything ran smoothly, the teachers were professional and my children enjoyed going there. Now since they been back due to the epidemic, the $60 that I paid for the “virtual learning “ here was wasted. My daughter’s teacher has been notifying me on a regular basis that my daughter’s work is incomplete. Had she not been contacting me, my daughter’s homework wouldn’t be submitted. It’s a good thing I always check with the teacher and the school’s app to make sure it’s completed. Regarding my son, they moved him around in different classes which can cause instability with a child as young as he is. The teachers send paperwork of his good behavior but out of nowhere my son has a “behavior problem “. Being an advocate for my son, I will speak up when I feel that my child has been targeted and they don’t like it when your vocal. The one employee named Danielle thinks she’s right about everything, speaks to parents in a condescending manner, and treats you as someone who doesn’t know how to raise their own child/children. There are a few good workers there like Ms. C, Mrs. Taylor, Rashanda, and a few others my daughter mentions. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send their children here."

"HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! my child was choked up against the fence by Ms. Keisha and then we had to report after report and still nothing was done about it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE, such a unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable, very bad quality, and a very poor value the food here is disgusting I tried it my self and also be careful because there changing the name soon so that the poor reviews on the name Kidsville would go away and they need to be shut down"

"For those who are looking for a facility that is focused on helping your child become a well rounded individual in a comfortable stimulating enviornment this is it! My daughter attended this facility as an infant and an elementary student. The teachers were always attentive and knowledgeable. I was never worried she would not get the best care possible. The foundation she received helped her to become an honor roll student and excell in theather at Masterman. Come see for yourself"
