"The worst experience ever!! I scheduled an appointment for online & I was told I would receive a link 20 minutes before my appt time, which didn't happen. I received the link ten minutes AFTER my appt time & then the doctor never showed up. I waited over an hour. Then the lab claimed my urine sample wasn't labeled with my name & DOB and it was. Incompetent staff! Don't waste your time dealing with this office."

"When I has dr Laura years ago I was happy to have such a caring Dr. When dr douglas came on board I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to have a real conversation with such a lovely caring individual as Jennifer douglas. We seemed to be on the same page from the start and if there were changes in my life, we discussed everything. Now there is Kerri George....when I got weighed and was surprised to see I lost almost 15 pds I expected to see a reaction, Nothing was said, as if she had not even studied my charts. Questions were asked and then i knew she did not look at my file.. We discussed my meds and actually had words over a medication she was going to have me discontinue...I am 71, am very active, doing well and hopefully the new permanent dr at Excela health, Delmont will take a kinder and more hands on approach with their patients."

"This was an excellent care facility a year or so ago. I can not review Dr. Douglas herself, however her assistant Keri is very unprofessional. I used her previous assistant Megan Reed, who absolutely was the best and I was expecting Keri to be the same. When you call to talk to a medical professional because you are having issues with a medication that she put you on, and ask for a call back when it is convenient, then to be told she is TOO BUSY to take 5 minutes to talk to you, is horrible. I was then referred to a place that refers you to a specialist by the nurse. So now, I still deal with the issue I was calling about. I had to wait on the first place to give me contact info for the second place. Then I have to contact them and wait on an appointment. In the meantime, I am still having issues that are interfering with my daily life. I am a teacher. If I told a parent I was too busy to listen to their concerns I would be in big trouble!"
