"This CVS is nice but the pharmacy is horribly run. The workers have consistently not ran prescriptions through insurance but have had no answer as to why prescription fees are so high until an insurance company calls them to confirm. They’re nearly impossible to reach via phone - im sure they’ve picked up the phone and hung up. I’ve been on hold with them for over 30 minutes and the pharmacy lines are always so long. Workers do not seem interested in assisting you if they have to do anything more than swipe your credit card."

"I came to this drive through pharmacy here and I had the pleasure of working with ALISHA! She was super sweet and really helped me with my prescription! I would definitely recommend giving her raise as to how much she assisted me!! 10/10 customer service!"

"I was traveling to Tennessee and I came to cvs to buy some travel items and take passport Id pictures I never shop at cvs before we have Walgreen close to us I spend a lot but I have no cvs card because I am new to this state Mr Mo, he helped me save some and my wife told me to give him a good feedback. Because he deserves it. There was an older gentleman welcoming us at the door. Great service god bless."

"Very unorganized and they never inform customers when there is an issue with prior authorization that can easily be resolved with a simple notification. They rarely answer the phone and it's been several weeks since I dropped off a prescription and finally received a text to pickup with an incomplete prior authorization......therefore wasted alot of time at this pharmacy. I rather drive a few miles to the Franconia CVS that provides much better service."

"This CVS store is fine for me. No issues. The front register people are always helpful. The pharmacy staff - every single one of them - have been nothing short of wonderful with me. Of course, I have been going there for years and they were extraordinarily helpful getting coupons and getting insurance coverage when my daughter had cancer. Both lead pharmacists exchange friendly hellos and small talk with me whenever I am there. This is a very busy pharmacy - so patience and kindness go a long way. The only thing I don’t like are the new pharmacy hours, but I get it. :)"
