"My second family good place to work !"
"There are a few concerns I have with my child attending here which is why this week is their last week. 1. My child constantly comes home with bruises and no incident reports. Permanent marks on forehead, busted lips, bloody noses. I ask the teachers in the 18 month classroom and the only answer I get is “We didn’t see it happen” or the really just don’t know what happened. So you telling me in a room with 3 teachers and 6 eyes, nobody seen the child get hurt? 2. They lost 2 pairs of my child shoes. Get sent to school one way and come home barefoot. Again I ask, what happened, nobody knows anything. Actually they never know anything. 3. They let the children fight each other. I was there a few times and had to break up fights while the teacher says “I don’t know what happened” or “I didn’t see it happen”. Right in front of their eyes. Kids are choking and hitting each other and nobody every SEES anything. This is unacceptable. The school needs to hire teachers who want to be teachers and can work with small children. Like actually enjoy their job like they lie in the interviews and say. Nothing ever happens to the teachers as far as discipline but your kid can come home with permanent bruises and missing shoes and all you get is a “I don’t know what happened”. What do you mean you do not know. Dr. Santiago and the directors need to hire staff that represent Leap the way it should be because 2018-2019 has been an unacceptable year and we pay a lot of money per month so that the child can attend and we can’t even get an incident report. Smh, completely fed up. I will be contacting all boards."
