"If I'd had the option of giving them a negative rating, I would have. The apartments are owned and "managed" by the Housing Authority. Amy Crisp has straight up lied to me more than once. Additionally, the maintenance there is deplorable. A resident moved in 5 years ago and is STILL waiting for a door to his closet. Another waited over 3 years for a stove to replace her non-working oven. it took me 12 weeks to get my kitchen light fixed, despite 4 written and 3 verbal requests. It was fixed only when I told them HUD was coming to inspect it. If you value the right to peacefully enjoy your living environment, don't even think about moving there."
