And i can continue after therapy to get support in maintaining. Great staff and facility. No one wants to get hurt but Alliance is the place to go if you do. As a woman needing help with pelvic floor strength get your gyn to send you its INCREDIBLE LIFE CHANGING STUFF!! You never know your weakness until you challenge your body.
