"The staff and Dr. Plisko were amazing! Going to the gyno is never much fun! This was the first time at the Natrona Heights office and it was wonderful! Quick and painless. I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a new place! 5 stars across the board. Being nice and friendly goes such a long way and every single person in that office had a smile on and were very pleasant! Thank you to the whole staff! Keep up the amazing work!"

"Had my 1st apt with Dr. Halfhill today . The office staff was great and super fast I was in and out . Let’s talk about the time with the dr she was nice, but I felt like she didn’t wanna listen to what I had to say. Seem to be very dismissive of any of my concerns."

"More often than not, someone is more inclined to make a negative review about an experience rather than a positive one. I have nothing but great things to say about Drs. Halfhill and Hunkele. While both have different approaches, it works. Dr. Halfhill is more “to-the-point” and honest, but has a caring demeanor and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Hunkele is very kind, very smart and takes her time. Both women are the reason I stayed with CMA (as my original ob/gyn moved out of state) - that and they are very good at keeping a very worried and anxious pregnant woman calm (before and after my second pregnancy). Both women have sat and talked with me, answered any question I may have, no matter how silly, and honestly are great doctors to have."

"I went to Allegheny General emergency room on Saturday night for a bartholin cyst. They are extremely painful and get so big that they feel like you have a huge testicle that is partially in and partially outside of your vagina. They did a botch job of trying to drain it and couldn't place a catheter in for it to continue draining properly. They called Dr. Genevieve Huenkele a gynecologist which came highly rated,for me to get in to see her as soon as possible. Understandably she did not answer because it was a weekend and she wasn't in the office so I called early Monday morning and they got me in that day. When I arrived at Century medical Associates,there weren't many people there so I was not waiting but five minutes until I was called back. Once in the room they proceeded to fire off questions at me mechanically and fast. Never once asking about how much pain I was in or listening to my past history with having bartholin cysts.The nurse then gave me a paper blanket,told me to strip below my waist and ,she left the room. Literally as soon as she closed the door and I was dropping my pants,the doctor came in without knocking. She apologized,closed the door and waited about a minute and a half to knock on the door and ask if I was ready. I said yes. She came in,asked what the problem was and I told her of my experience in the emergency room on Saturday.They got everything ready to prepare to drain it again for me while I'm her office. I told her it was bigger and still not draining because they could not get a catheter in . I also asked if she knew why when I get them they fill with blood . She told me that I should be coming to her next time I have one and not going to the emergency room. She said she couldn't tell me anything else because she was not the one to drain it. At that point I was more than willing to come to her for help because she seemed like she would take care of it. I laid down,scooted up,put my heels in the stir ups while she had a look. It was extremely painful. She took a quick glance and pushed on it and said that it was fine and she wasn't going to do anything. I told her that it was still painful and swelling more and more each day even after the draining. She said it was fine. I said ,but it is hard and hot and now it is larger and even though I didn't come to her first,I know my own body and I know that this wasn't going to heal and is just growing. She told me that since I have had this before,that I must have residual hardness from the past one. That is not true. She wanted to see me in two weeks for a follow up. The appointment was then over and she left me to get dressed. She handed me no aftercare papers,no statement,no directions,nothing. So I got dressed and went to the desk and told them I need a follow up appointment. They gave me one for in two weeks but never gave me an appointment card. I went home and went to bed because I was in so much pain. I woke up later that night,went to the bathroom and screamed in agony. I looked in the mirror and now the cyst is almost completely covering my vaginal opening and it feels like I have a walnut sized ball inside as well. This doctor did not help me nor listened to my concerns. Now because of two incompetent doctors I will be going to another emergency room tomorrow and praying that they can do something about this. Dr. Huenkel was in the room and examined me for less than four minutes. I will not be going back to her again. They are unprofessional and not thorough. It's a shame. I had really high hopes after going to terrible gynecologists most of my life."
