"You know the townhouses, community, and location themselves aren’t bad. There is a lot of potential in those units. I was shown one that was “recently upgraded” and I’m not sure what they consider to be “recent.” The light fixtures, oven, and fridge looked like they were refurbished and worn and honestly I immediately thought that these fixtures must have been donated. Definitely 10+ years old and heavily used. The other units I was shown had plain Formica counters and white appliances with bottom of the line linoleum floors. When they show you the outside patio, they show you the yard. The yard is weed ridden and isn’t a lawn as much as it is wild weeds that get run over with a riding mower. For what they’re charging (the 2 bedroom I looked at was close to $1800/month before any utilities) I would expect a more modern look and feel. Had a low income feel at a high income price. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice with nice family homes and well kept yards so I was honestly disappointed they couldn’t do a better job to fit in. I will say that the staff was very accommodating and friendly which is refreshing. I also noticed some cars sitting throughout the property that had obviously not been driven in quite some time. There were also a few residents who were carrying very loud conversations outside and in one instance I saw a man banging on a door and cursing for someone to let him in. Maybe they have a plan to remodel the units, not sure. However, there are more and better options in the area at the same price range with closer access to amenities. I really wanted to like the community but it needs some upgrading and a focus on amenities modern renters expect."

They worked as a team (unlike other properties I viewed before I became a resident here). The neighborhood is well-kept, quiet, and inviting. I would give this review more stars if I could!"
