"If I could give Arbor Grove less than zero stars I would. Like everyone else is saying: STAY AWAY! aside from the exuberant cost they require for 40 year old apartments that they hardly maintain. You can fully expect them to try to rob you blind upon moving out. Even though they're going to change the carpets or it was disgusting when you moved in and falling apart, they will blame you for it. They are trying to collect money for water damage in an apartment that wasn't mine. A month after I had moved out. Aside from the monetary awfulness of arbor groves rental properties. I had to have every appliance changed in my apartment because they all broke due to age. It took our fridge dying about 4 times and every time we lost all of the food in our fridge and freezer and they didn't seem to care about that. But are happy to try to swindle money from people. 2 weeks after my wife and newborn moved in there was an incident with somebody threatening to shoot a neighbor through the door directly outside of my apartment. The sheriff SWAT team showed up, arbor Grove did not evict the tenants until their drug traffic became too much...about 6 months later. They do have a little playground which is nice if you have a small child, just be aware there is always broken glass all over it and trash and I have also personally came across used condoms right on the playground. This place is a nightmare. They don't care about their residents. If you are a hard working person looking for a safe quiet place to live this is not it. Keep looking. Alternatively if you are a drug dealer with income not claimed on taxes and looking for a wild west type living situation this is the place for you. Seems like you could sell as many drugs as you want without arbor Grove ever batting an eye."
