The Maples Apartments

"I've called multiple times and left messages, but no one returns calls. I went there and a resident told me that no one, except for maintenance, is physically there every day. So, I don't know why they have hours listed if you can't view the property. I guess they don't want any additional residents, so I'll be looking elsewhere. It shouldn't be this hard to tour a property. Update: I was contacted by Residential One and the manager was very apologetic about the lack of response. Was able to tour the property. It's a little dated, but it has good security. Changing my review from one star to three."

"Why is the corporate office removing all the shelves outside the apt. Door . some tenants think if they complain they Will be evicted. What is the answer? WI Km Management"
