"I absolutely love Modern on M, the apartments, amenities, and general environment is amazing but what really takes the cake is the concierge staff. They make the apartment building feel like home, they are both welcoming and highly resourceful. Betel, among others, has consistently tended to all requests to completion, all with an upbeat and warm touch. Not to mention the evening staff like Mr. Woods who make sure we are all safe and taken care of. They truly make this building and because of them it flourishes!"
