"Recently I found myself with needing an accomodation due to a medical condition. The office let me know what they needed from me and once I returned the documentation needed, they had my accomodation in place the next day. A big thank you to the office and to the gentleman who installed it for me."

"This place is the worst. It is overcrowded to the max, next to no parking and it must have been built in the 50’s. The apartments are old in every way possible. Windows are thin and will not open because they have been painted over. Heater is extra loud because it is old should have been replace years ago. Gnats and ants take over the bathroom and kitchen along with big roaches. Extra moisture in the air causes mold to grow on the vents. The come in the apartments without notice and will leave the door unlocked. The only upside is they are affordable but you get what you pay for I guess."

"Nice place but the management is terrible the Spanish lady in the back office It's some trash she don't know what she's doing. We were there for a month cancel our contract because the people don't know how to show respect or give common courtesy to the neighbors. Don't move in this place."

"If you rent here prepare to not get your security deposit back. Apparently this carpet was not in satisfactory condition and I was charged $485 to replace it. They claim the apartment had a smell and most likely are trying to blame it on my having a dog even though that had nothing to do with the smell of this terrible apartment. The carpet was in perfect condition when we left with no stains or anything. BEWARE. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance guys who were there same or next day if anything was needed."

"My husband and I have been living at Melrose Apartment since August 2018. I have never lived at a better apartment. The ambiance of the place and the Flora is well keep and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and nice and the setup makes you feel link you are living in your own home and not an apartment. Talk about customer service I am really pleased Anna will give you the perfect guide and advice to help you select an apartment that is perfect for you. The maintenance crew is always prompt and available even after hours. There are two ladies that I usually speak to in the office Anna and Erica, they are awesome. I feel happy to have them manning a place I live. We have regular pest control come in to check and for me that counts for their keenness to our health. If you are looking for a place that will make you feel at home Melrose is the Apartment for you. I am not given any favors to right this review but it is honestly the TRUTH. I am a teacher and I have referred some of my colleagues to move here, they did and they are all pleased to this day. Thank you Melrose team and keep up the good work!"
