"Horrible. My daughter was there for 9 months, we moved her from her old daycare because it was out of our way after we moved. I just moved her BACK and am willing to take the drive for her to be safe. I would drop my 25 month off at 7:20 and they would be already out of ratio. Horrible communication!!!!! We would ask how her day was and get ‘ummm I’m not sure I just got here’ so reports teacher to teacher. There was a new director for at least s month before she sent out a ‘letter’. When dealing with people’s children, communication and professionalism is key."
