Parc Riverside,

"**DO NOT LIVE HERE** Living at Parc Riverside has been a disaster. There are always problems with the elevators, which is an extreme inconvenience. Elevators have been known to close for MONTHS at a time, which is a strong burden given that most apartments in the area have double the amount of elevators in their lobbies. While I understand this is sometimes due tot he inability to get parts, there is little communication and no compensation for tenants who are forced to take the stairs or wait upwards of 10 minutes to use the elevators. The staff are cordial, but the leasing staff does little to ensure the well being of residents and enforce the buildings policies. In the past month, I have witnessed nearly a dozen residents smoking weed on my floor or other parts of the building which violates the terms of the lease. However, staff have failed to act to punish these residents. Since I have a medical condition that is aggravated by smoke, I am uncomfortable in my own home every weekend because of others who do not respect the building or fellow tenants. I will be leaving this property for one that actually respects its residents. Don't let the rent discount fool you, you can get the same deals at other apartments in the area. Don't compromise on safety and respect."

"I was a resident at Parc Riverside for a year, and it was very hard to leave - and say goodbye! The incredible leasing and management team and the front desk staff truly made it a wonderful home, and I'll miss them all. I only moved because I was leaving the area. I've seen some negative reviews here, and *please note* that there was a management changeover partway through my residency there! If you see negative reviews from a while ago, please know that it was a different team - and at a different time! The team now is absolutely amazing! There were lots of challenges before Silvia, Sheronette, Brian, and Shani came in, but when they did, they turned the place around for the better, and it's been a fantastic home since they took the helm!! This wonderful group of 4 were always such a huge help, and so kind about every concern, quick to understand and to help troubleshoot wherever was needed. I can't begin to tell you the number of times they went out of their way to address building issues whenever they arose, and to troubleshoot some situations with me, personally, and for friends I know who also lived in the building. Not only are the leasing and management team made up of wonderful people, the maintenance team is just awesome, and the kindness of the front desk staff (especially the team at Parc Riverside West who I knew best), just made it a really warm, happy place to come home to. Thank you all for everything. You make Parc Riverside a fantastic place to live!"

I looked at different apartment buildings in Navy Yard before choosing this place and Sheronette, who gave me a tour, played a major role in my decision. Her positive and pleasant attitude and her willingness to help was above and beyond what I had seen at other buildings. Sheronette and Shani were amazing with making my move to Parc Riverside a smooth and easy experience. And since I’ve been living here, they’ve both been wonderful to work with and interact with whenever I’ve had any issues or needed their help. Also the maintenance team are quick and great and the concierge team are fantastic."

"Moved in a couple of months ago. I was moving from out of state and Brian made the process easy for me. He was transparent and very responsive throughout the move. The property is in Navy Yard, everything you need is walkable. The building is very clean and the concierge team are great. The gyms and pools are also nice!"

I was really impressed with the building, and it's in a great location near the Navy Yard. Shani was patient with me on the tour and really took the time to listen to my preferences and have a conversation to help me find an apartment that fit my needs.
