"Moved in 5 Jan. Still do not have a working oven. Washer / dryer do not work properly. HVAC system failed during the blizzard and I still have no ability to control the temperature in my apartment. Management is not responding to the issues. I have a 16 month old and truly feel that these are safety issues for her. I would not recommend this apartment, despite its phenomenal location and views. Very, very disappointed."

"We lived at 1331 for over 3 years on the 10th floor. The views, light and appliances in the room were fantastic. What I really want to mention is the staff. The concierge desk was absolutely wonderful. George, Daryl, Phillip and Ghana were the best!! All of the maintenance people we're equally wonderful. Especially Abdul and Jack.I'd really recommend this property to anyone who can afford it!"

Every interaction with her has been pleasant and productive, reflecting her commitment to resident satisfaction. Her proactive approach to addressing any issues and her empathetic demeanor have always made me feel welcomed and valued. The sense of belonging I feel whenever I return to 1331 Maryland is irreplaceable. The environment created by the staff and the community make me feel at home. For these reasons, I could not be more grateful for my time living at 1331 Maryland.
