"I been living here for 7 months my first day here a woman was down stairs complaining about the maintenance I should have listened. I didn't have a working dishwasher for six months they put one in it worked for a week I don't think it's new it stopped working they blamed me and said I broke the one that I never even got to used even security guard are harassing my daily. On Thanksgiving my whole sink failed to the ground so I had no sink and no dishwasher and the still yet have the part for my sink and my dishwasher still doesn't work"

"I have not moved in yet but the communication is chef kiss !! I’ve been looking high and low for apartments that actually keeps you updated about the apartment. Alex did such a great job with doing that for me ! Honestly makes me feel comfortable and secure when communication is beyond my expectations. I will also update how the living is here once I move in but so far so good."

"Great place to live so far. The move in process with the application took about week & half so please be patient. The staff is always courteous and kind. The building has 24 hour security so I feel safe. Resident appreciation week is the current theme this week. The Gym , rooftop terrace, and ground level terrace is very nice. The parking is $200 a month and I think it should be $100 a month due to the fact that the gate is not working but this area is also under surveillance. I live in a Studio and I love the layout and view. I can see the capitol, monument and the RFK stadium. The building is pet friendly and they make sure to have dog waste bag stations around the entire complex. I’m also impressed with the package room, ups will put your packages in lockers and it requires a PIN number to retrieve your items. My experience has been positive thus far. A little over $1500 for a decent size studio that has pocket doors for privacy and modern appliances in DC is a steal due to this inflation."

"Been here since April. I really like my apartment, the view is decent and I do enjoy the floor to ceiling windows! The gym is good enough. The dumbbells only go up to 50lbs and there isn't a StairMaster. Other than that, the other residents seem cordial and I haven't experienced any major issues with the nearby neighborhoods."

"Beautiful Brand New apartments in the up and coming Parkside neighborhood. Roof top with great views, multiple fire places, nice gym and courtyard area with multiple grills to enjoy warm summer days in dc. 5 minute walk around new pedestrian bridge to the metro. Their 2 bedroom loft layout is amazing. Also floor to ceiling windows."
