The Atrium

"Decent looking homes and location, the reasons why my partner and I were looking forward to viewing these, but upon arrival you notice that the building is unkempt. Makes me wonder what type of pest control problems they have. The leasing agent is what really turned me away from this place, I called to be let into the building she answered “yea this the atrium” should’ve known from there how the rest was going to go. We’re walking through the home trying to ask questions while the leasing agent India sits on her butt laughing at instagram memes. At that point I just signaled my partner for us to leave and told her have a great day. Don’t waste your time here."

"My Mom lives in this building and it went from a once very clean and organized place to live, to extremely unprofessional and at times dirty. They are supposed to have a 24 hour Concierge and most times, there is no one at the front door! I went there several times including yesterday and no one was there!!! I called 6 times for someone to do a welfare check as I had not heard from my Mom and was told that I should call back on Monday, this was on a Friday! I had to call the Police as I do not have anyway of getting unto her floor as they are all key fob protected and no staff to assist!! No Stars for this building!! They do not give an option to use no STARS but believe me there should be a below standard rating and this building is it!! They are falsely advertising services that they simply do not have!!!"

"Avoid this place I stayed one year in this building “the worse experience ever”. 1/10 security 3/10 cleanliness 1/10 Care 1/10 helpful staff 1/10 Super slow process Update: Since they reply to my feedback, I will never advice anyone to leave here because they never care about your requests, also you will always smell Marijuana and the worse part is the fire alarm will ring in the building in the middle of night or early morning, you will never feel comfortable or secure in this building!!! Also they don’t care about you packages, I was waiting on fire to get an important package and it get lost, turned out later they had my package hidden for six months and no one cares to inform me."

"Love this complex! My friend has been living here for months now. Our friends love coming over to use all the ammenties. Everything is so close. Highway is 2 mins away, metro 2 blocks, H street a couple bus stops away. Staff here is really friendly. She was telling me how management is really quick to repair anything in her unit. The gym, business center, outdoor park and how convenient all the surrounding stores makes this place stand out. Definitely give this place a tour because there is great value in this gem!"

"My overall experience has been a good one. I have had several issues with attentiveness of management in the last year, and I cannot understand why the hallways have not been painted after 2 years, but my apartment is safe and clean and affordable. The part I live in in the building is relatively quiet and I have nice neighbors. I do miss security. Although our building is more secure than many apartments in the DC area, I do not like the fact that people can find ways to maneuver into the building without being escorted by a resident and there is no security to stop them. Can't beat the easy access to Metro and all the stores and food that is walkable. On the whole, I'm satisfied."
