"This building is fantastic! We have been here for a couple of months now and have loved in. Amanda, the building manager has been unbelievable. She was so helpful to us when we were touring the building, and has been incredibly responsive to any concerns we have had since."

"I was looking at around 10 apartments or so in the area before I found this place. The management here is amazing. I cannot stress how much I love living here because of the management. Things are clean and there is a good mix of people living here. The maintenance is quick and responsive. My neighbors have been friendly as well. The apartments themselves are well-kept even if it’s a little old (like most buildings in dc). The location itself is great, too. Groceries are within walking distance, Georgetown is about a 15 minute walk, and my commutes are super short and safe. Surrounding noise level is typical like all cities. I don’t have any complaints about the apartment."

"I lived here in a spacious, homey studio for nearly two years. Amber and everyone else at The Savoy were incredible from the moment I came to tour to the moment I moved out. If you are looking for a clean/well maintained building with large balconies at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. You can count on being happy during your time here and the warmness of everyone in the lobby as well as Amber will make your day, guaranteed."

"Staff is friendly, manager is super sweet and approachable. Balconies of the front facing apartments have a great food. Overall a good sized space especially for the price. Community is pretty good too, there are some older residents but I notice a lot of college students leasing for one or two years, so the population of the building may often change. There are two elevators, although rather small, but the management team will reserve one for your move.in if you request it. Have had a couple maintenance issues but once the requests are submitted the maintenance staff doesn't take too long to come and resolve the issues."

"I moved into The Savoy a few months ago and I love it so far. The entire move-in process and corresponding engagement with the management has been a breeze. Amber, the property manager, made sure I was well settled in. She was unbelievably nice during the apartment visit, the lease signing process, the move in and incredibbly patient with all the silly issues I bother her with every now and then. The property, itself is at unbbeatable location in downtown DC, and that too at a reasonable price. While the building itself is probably old, it is remarkably well maintained. When I moved in, all the fixtures and fittings at the apartment were in great condition. I've had no unpleasant experiences with any pests or roaches. Maintenance is always in order and ready to help, as are the people at the front desk. I feel no hesitation in recommending it as your next home."
