"Terrible experience. Had shoulder surgery in '06 The surgeon who did it said it would probably come back. Bone spurs and impingement exactly what the MRI stated. I've already gone through the shots for a year now and they're not helping no more couldn't see the surgeon in a Washington until mid July so I called here trying to get someone to look at it earlier joke . no wonder I got in so quick.doctor tissenbaum took 20 seconds of my time and didn't even acknowledge the MRI. Sent me to the next room for X-rays of my neck. Then he referred me to another doctor in the same building what a joke.Neck not the problem. Very disappointed glad I kept my appointment with advanced orthopedics in Washington. My nerves are being impinged on and it's going down the whole left side of my body but he wouldn't even listen to me. Pitiful."

"Absolutely awful. Front desk and x ray technicians were amazing amd super nice. But as far as the doctor, he was an absolute waste of time, I went in for my pelvis, he examined the wrong hip, and then diagnosed me with back issues that I don't have. He then scolded me like a child on my way out for misplacing something in the office. I wouldn't recommend Dr tissenbaum to my worst enemy. Complete waste of time."

"Had surgery on ankle now need to have surgery on same ankle, same precedure. Was told I broke screws, nothing about ligament come apart from ankle. Still trying to pay same bill over and over but they seem not to be able to recognize my payment from hsa card. Great, i have a job too, but have to spend hrs on phone with them. Love it, get your act together."

"I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. Dr molinero was the rudest person i ever met. Basically told me i had to decide my own treatment for my broken arm and when i asked for his medical opinion he sd he wasn’t a fortune teller, if he was he would play the lottery and bet sports games. If you can’t give me a medical opinion then what is the point of even seeing a doctor isn’t that their job??? Every time I ask him a question he would give me attitude and totally rude answers if he would answer at all. he put me in the wrong brace and it is four months later now and I still can’t move my arm. I had to switch doctors and my new dr couldn’t believe the horrible care that I received if you could call it that at all. The secretaries wasn’t much better when I called to get my records transferred they basically wouldn’t do it because they were mad I was switching doctors. Unbelievable this place is even allowed to be called a doctors office. If you want any type of care at all dont go here."

"This has been the worst doctors office staff I have ever had to deal with. My husband is a patient there, not myself. He is having surgery in a week. I have been sending them claims papers for a month for fmla time for his care , always with a cover letter explaining. I call immediately after faxing it and they tell me they received it but yet each week they lose the paperwork without ever sending it to my fmla claim agency. This week after being denied fmla time because of this they finally sent it. They filled it out incorrectly, so I'm still denied. When I called to ask them to correct it and fax again the office staff gave me attitude and talked over me not even listening to my request for the information I needed from her. I have been crying all week and am at a loss for what to do for post operative care for my husband now."
