"I have been living here for a long time. When I first moved in, it was much better. Now the property is run down because of poor management. The worse that I have seen since I have been here. All the company care about is filling up the vacant apartments with who ever they can get to in them so that they could keep the contract with the government. The property is not being properly monitored by management or security and that is the reason for high crime rate. When you call with important issues, at times you are directed to a voicemail and no one is ever responding. I think HUD needs to do unannounced visits because that the only way that they can really see what’s going on. The only time that management seems to care is when it’s time for inspections by HUD."

"I couldn't get to dialysis today for the first time. Our streets are always the very last to get cleared. On top of that I haven't had heat for over 4 days. Ever time I called I got the answering service or for a couple days nobody answered"

"Maintenance is trash. I've dealt with mold floods and sewage backup EVERY Year ! If you call emergency maintenance after hours THEY WON'T SHOW UP AT ALL! The entire rental office staff constantly gets replaced! EVERY SINGLE PERSON!! SO MANY LAW SUITS. THESE APARTMENTS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RENOVATED AND THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO TOUCH THE FAULTY PLUMMING. WHAT A WASTE! PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN GET TRANSFERRED FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL!! I DONT WANT ME OR MY KIDS TO DIE FROM LUNG CANCER !!"

"Love it here, no complaints at the moment! Update I've just hit my first year of living here. My only complaint is the waters bugs I see. I've never had an issue with the rental office they all seem respectful and nice. But they do be all up in your business when it's time to recertify."
