"This companies online business is a scam. They do not fullfil orders in a timely matter and keep saying it will ship tomorrow. I understand its December and volumes are higher than normal -- but I think that me allowing them 13 days to ship a small 375ml bottle is more than fair on my part........Now all i want them to do is do thier part and actually ship the product...."

"Don’t let the small store size fool you! It’s packed with great service and your drink of choice-especially ones that are high end and hard to find. Annie is very knowledgeable, engaging, and observant. After suggestion of drinks to match my palate, Annie noticed my uneasiness of placing the Blanton’s “SFTB” Bourbon in my checked luggage (despite their perfect bubble wrapping) and processed shipping services via UPS right there on the spot. Hopefully, UPS will provide great service just as Bourbon Concierge does. UPDATE : the bourbon was purchased Nov 5 and arrived Georgia Nov 8. GREAT service from beginning to end! highly recommend"
"10/10 recommend. packaging was top notch, I was worried since it was shipping via UPS, I deal with them at my job and they don't really care about your packages. this came beautifully packaged, bubble wrap in the box, special designed bubble protector for the bottle. speedy responses via email, transparency the whole way. fair after market prices for their items"
