MedExpress Urgent Care

"The gentleman that I was greeted by was cordial and all business. No smile or interaction, really. Very dry but, efficient, I suppose. The woman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! Cheerful and social while obtaining my information. Made me feel more at ease. The nurse who took vitals and asked history and current symptoms...very dry and direct. I don't think she smiled once. Was efficient and no nonsense. The PA that I saw (Jason Rogers) was wonderful! He showed interest, was pleasant and smiled, and took the time he (and I) needed to thoroughly understand my symptoms. I am certain that this man has asked, and been asked, the same questions 100,000 times but, it didn't come across this way. He made me feel important and heard. I hope that this review makes it to him. He is the reason that I would recommend this MedExpress location. Jason's was the only name on the papers that I came home with. It would be helpful to list the names of all of the 'team' that helped me...start to finish."

"I'd been sick for 5 and a half weeks when I finally went to Med Express. I had visited my GP twice during the 5+ weeks where I was told I have a sinus and ear infection. I was told it was probably viral, and they do not give antibiotics for either one. I also had a painful, loud cough and was told it was because I have asthma. GP did basically nothing. Went to med express, waited a while to get in but after that saw Doctor/Nurse Practitioner, who listened to my concerns even though I barely had a voice, examined me thoughly and prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid. Its been one day, and though I've been in some pain I can tell I'm on the mend! Face is less swollen and sinuses are opening up! I'm coughing less and can feel improvement already! Thank you Med Express!"

"I went in for an internal painful stye, half of my eye was swollen. They took me right away. The PA was awesome, she recommended an oral antibiotic vs an ointment. I had relief that same day! It's been two days & my eye is back to normal. Thank you Erin Hermann!"

"Got in relatively quick....doctor was good and quick with his assumption of what I had. Ran a culture and said we will confirm...5 days later I get a note from the lab "Test not performed. Specimen not received at refrigerated temperature"....that's basic lab 101!?!?! So now I have to go back to my doctor's for a follow up since they couldn't follow through....don't worry....they still took their money for the visit...didn't deliver all the way but hey....it's the effort that counts."
